One of the most frequently asked questions that we get here at Dubwerx is – how often should I bring my vehicle in for proper maintenance? Our customers appreciate their German-engineered cars and they want them to last a long time, while performing optimally, just as they were intended to do. This requires proper maintenance, but many vehicle owners are confused about when they should bring their cars in.
In an effort to preserve the life of your car and to ensure that your vehicle is running as efficiently as possible, we advise that you bring your Volkswagen vehicle or Audi automobile into Dubwerx at least once every two years. Let me explain why.
The Average Car Driver
The average driver drives 10,000 miles each year. We don’t recommend that you wait that long for a service call. When your Volkswagen vehicle or Audi automobile hits 5,000 miles or so, bring it into Dubwerx, where we will perform a full inspection along with premium twice-a-year services designed to keep your car running like it should.
The Dubwerx 5,000 Mile Treatment
Most shops will recommend that you come in for an oil change. If you’re lucky, they’ll change your air filter. At Dubwerx, we give every one of the cars brought into our shop a thorough inspection and a complete Dubwerx treatment.
