Cory and the whole team at Dubwerx just make VW TDI ownership easier. Fewer trips for stupid emissions components failures that the local VW dealerships failed or just plain wouldn't fix. Last visit was to repair more TDI emissions components failures that Beechmont VW service techs failed to diagnose after charging us their $160+ "diagnostic fee". While we had to go out-of-pocket to get the job done... at least it's done right! Plus, we'll be filling with VW USA for reimbursement as all these parts have been replaced at least once previously. In summary... HIGHLY recommend the team at Dubwerx.

So I picked up an 07 Audi with low miles it’s really a beautiful car took it to these guys they knew exactly what to do. They told me what I needed to get done and fixed it. They didn’t try to stroke me on price and on things that weren’t immediate, but gave me a great overall idea of what should be done. Overall I’d give it five stars and I absolutely plan on using them again if I need to in the future. I would highly recommend anyone with a vehicle they specialize in to bring it here for the best in top notch service!

My 2015 VW Touareg TDI has had ongoing emissions issues. Beechmont VW told me my car didn't throw a code so there was nothing wrong but I know my car. Took it in to Dubwerx and they found the issue right away, plus they're easier to work with and more respectful than the dealership

These guys are the best in the business. The service, communication, professionalism and little touches like the cookies and bottled water ready for you in the cup holder, make every experience special. I travel from Dayton just to get my service done here.

I typically take my car to the dealership, but they were unable to get me in until mid-October, and since I was having engine issues, I couldn't wait. I went to Dubwerx at the recommendation of a friend who previously worked there and I really could not be happier. In addition to an oil leak I was aware of, they identified another (which was causing unknown airflow hence the engine issues). Anyway, they got me in the day I called and my car was ready within two days (waiting on a part). I appreciated their transparency and thorough explanation of what was going on with my car. Hopefully, I don't have too many future issues, but if I do I will be back.

Best of the best, the only shop I take my Audi s4 for service, the guys there are professionals and they know what they are doing, cory is always helpful and honest. Thanks again for everything you do.

The best alternative to your Audi dealer hands down. They’re keeping my 07 A3 purring like new for really reasonable rates. Even when my battery died unexpectedly they replaced it free under a warranty that I didn’t even realize they offered. Super nice folks and really fast service as well. I drive all the way from Kentucky to see them if that’s any indication of how happy I am with the service.

They’ve treated my car with car every time I take it to them, and always keep constant communication to ensure business with them is a pleasure. Will continue business!
