Excellent service. Dropped off my GTI for its DSG service in the morning, I was ordered an Uber to work and then another was ordered to pick me up. Great communication from the Dubwerx team the entire time and they had the best pricing in the area. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

I have used Dubwerx a few times now; first with my Audi S5 and just this past month with my GT4. I had purchased an aftermarket exhaust and ended up taking it to them for install. While pricier than I expected, they did a great job, no issues, and always communicating with me before, during and after the service. A great group to work with and certainly a group I would trust for future work.

Dubwerx has changed my experience and expectations in dealing with auto repair shops. I bought an Audi Q7 last year and knew I wanted to make sure it was serviced right and had the level of attention to detail it required. They are fantastic at communication, setting expectations for time and cost, and are extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any of your german auto needs.

I recently purchased a 2014 Audi S5 and took the car into Dubwerx for an inspection prior to taking ownership of the car. Even after the seller's 150 point inspection and being certified, Dubwerx found some significant items that needed to be addressed during their inspection. I was thoroughly impressed by the detail in the inspection report and the level of communication. The service advisor I worked with, Liam, went above and beyond in dealing with a third party warranty company and making sure all of my many questions were answered. I can't recommend Dubwerx enough and look forward to working with them for all future maintenance and services!

Very friendly staff. Service was done well and pretty fast. Very fun and relaxing waiting area but they offered to call an Uber for me even though I chose to wait. Car is running great and I will definitely use them again.

The service was great. Fixed everything and did all preventive maintenance. AC works great and saved close to 2 thousand dollars versus getting work done at vw dealership My vw runs perfectly. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Brought my MK7 GTI in for a tune and downpipe install on two seperate occasions. Both visits were very pleasant as I was met at the front desk by a smiling employee ready to help me out with whatever need be. They offer to pay for an Uber if you need to drop off your vehicle and don't have a ride back home. The price is very reasonable for the high quality work they do. Before my downpipe install I was quoted for a particular amount. I dropped my car off in the morning and a few hours later recieved a call from a gentlemen at Dubwerx saying my particular car will take a few more hours of labor work than originally quoted and informed me that I also needed an alignment. He called to make sure I was aware of the price increase and if I still wanted to move forward with the install. Very pleased with all the work they have done thus far and will continue to ONLY let the Dubwerx team touch/work/service my car. Thanks for all you do.

I can’t say enough good about Dubwerx. Always kind, polite, straightforward, and not pushy. Three years ago, I bought a low mileage VW. I recently sold it, and I was able to get 33.33% more of the blue book value of my vehicle. Thank You, Dubwerx and Avid Autowerx!
