Always a great experience. Justin and Evan have saved me countless dollars on investigative and service costs against Audi. Their ability to dive into a situation that is not known or well understood has made me a life long customer. Recently I have had several issues with my S7 that was not able to be diagnosed by Audi and they came through... Hours of investigation led to a resulting alternate issue that was not even discussed in a blog or otherwise. Thinking its a crankshaft sensor and coming away with fuel pump replacement albeit more expensive but the right fix. They spent the time efficiently to diagnose the real issue without costing me additional money or more importantly my time. Money aside they did an amazing job and directed me without bias along the way. You can only wish that other companies operate with this same approach but I assure they do not. Very happy to spend my money at this company with this group as they are they are the future. Not to mention their decisions on brake alternates which blow Audi replacement out of the water and have more life. Don't be afraid to go outside your comfort zone and ask them their opinion as it changes the performance of your car and makes the investment worthwhile. I heard of Dubwerx some years back and I am so pleased I have taken my '14 Audi A6 to them for regular service and a couple of performance modifications. My 2014 Audi A6 has become a different automobile since the chip tune and adding sway bars. Most important I see this company operate like none I have experienced before. They are very knowledgeable, prompt, very fairly priced and have an excellent routine of communication and follow up. I highly recommend Dubwerx for any service needed for your Audi, VW or Porsche.

I own a Volkswagen GTI Mk6. In December I had my GTI in at Dubwerx for round 2 of performance modifications/upgrades. I had a Southbend stage II clutch installed, an APR short shifter, and an APR boost guage installed. I exchanged several emails with Evan - discussing options, brands, and expectations of the modifications on my GTI. Evan was the absolute best! Emails all returned promptly with his honest opinions. The service/installation of the modifications were completed quickly and I was even comped a nice loaner Jetta to drive while the work was being done. I am, once again, very pleased with the work Dubwerx does!! The clutch is fully broken in and WOW!!! What a difference it has made in the performance of my GTI!! I am really starting to see the full effects of round 1 of performance upgrades (APR stage II tune, APR downpipe, and APR cool air intake). It is like driving a completely new car!! I love it! I am anxiously awaiting round 3 and have already exchanged emails with Evan on what I should do next!! Best mechanics, service, and total car care shop around......and it ain't even close!! Probably the best experience i've had with almost any shop to date. I'm DIY mechanic and typically like to do repairs myself but after buying a project and knowing nothing about it, i decided it was time to let the professionals do their thing. The minute i showed up, the car was pulled into the garage and within 30 minutes Mark came out to update me on the status of things. He gave me a detailed walk through of everything he'd found and offered more helpful suggestions and advice than i even had to ask for and really impressed me with his knowledge of the chassis and VW in general. The guys up front were super helpful too when i informed them that i hadn't had lunch and went so far as to drive me to get it. I will DEFINITELY continue to do business and honestly look forward to spending my money and time here in exchange for quality work and quality service.

"Outstanding shop" is an understatement. They were able to correctly diagnose a serious a transmission issue caused by another shop's lack of Audi/VW knowledge. They took some very impressive additional steps to mitigate the errors of the previous shop and to ensure the long-term operation of the transmission. My car now feels great again, it has shown zero signs of transmission issues, and I couldn't be happier with the level of personalized service received. I've already told every Audi/VW owner I know to start taking their car to Dubwerx and will continue to bring my A4 here for all major services and performance upgrades.
