REPLACEMENT PARTS

Ever wonder about the parts used for the repair and service of your Audi, Porsche, or VW vehicle? The Dubwerx team in Cincinnati takes high-quality auto repair seriously, and our auto mechanics use the best parts for optimal performance.

Dubwerx stocks its inventory with German-made parts that largely come straight from the very manufacturers that supply the automakers of VW, Porsche, and Audi automobiles. This means you can always rely on the same German engineering to keep your vehicle running smoothly and with optimum performance. We are happy to sell parts only to people who do their own vehicle maintenance.

PERFORMANCE PARTS

At Dubwerx, we are excited to install performance parts to enhance your driving experience. Not all performance parts will be German engineered, but we go to great lengths to test performance parts so that we can recommend parts that we feel compliment the high quality of your Audi, Porsche, or Volkswagen vehicle. Performance parts have a very limited warranty; please contact us if you have warranty questions on performance parts.

USED PARTS

There may be some controversy around used or recycled parts. How will I know if it’s good? How will I know if it’s the correct part? While we don’t often recommend used or recycled parts, there is a time and place for them. With our vast experience in the realm of Volkswagen, Porsche, or Audi automobiles, you can count on the Dubwerx staff to advise you on when a recycled or used part would be a viable option.

CUSTOMER PROVIDED PARTS

At this time, our staff is not able to install parts not provided by Dubwerx. Parts are a significant part of the value in the Dubwerx independent service experience. If you are considering purchasing parts either for service that needs to be done professionally or service you plan on doing yourself, please call us first. We are happy to advise you on the best parts for your Audi, Porsche, or VW vehicle. It is unfortunate, but we do see on a regular basis the results of poor choices in parts that result in additional cost to the vehicle.

WARRANTY ON PARTS

When other shops are only able to offer 12 months or 12,000 miles on their parts and labor, Dubwerx offers a 3 year/36,000 mile independent service warranty on all new replacement parts we install on your Volkswagen, Audi, or Porsche automobile. This warranty by Dubwerx covers both the part and the labor to replace the part. We can do this because we only install the highest quality parts and you can rest easy that your independent repair at Dubwerx is fully covered. This warranty is not applicable to performance and or used parts.
