Used Dubwerx for the first time to have the DSG fluid and filter change in my 2015 Golf R. Scheduling was an easy phone call and to my pleasant surprise, they offered a loaner car for me to use. The loaner was not a brand new car but a perfectly operational older Jetta. Drop-off was easy in the morning and I was on my way to work in less than 15 minutes. The fluid change was done in a timely manner and I got a text in the early afternoon that my car was ready. They also did a bunch of checks on my car which was a nice feature. The guys who work at Dubwerx seem to be real car enthusiasts. Overall, I was happy with the service and will go back to them the next time my car needs work.

I have been a customer for over three years and am never disappointed with service, great communication and precision when it comes to completing the task. I have never experienced a better managed independent shop in my 50+ years of owning a lot of cars. Dubwerx deserves every compliment they receive because they earned it.

Dealing with Dubwerx was very easy and extremely pleasant. I could tell the team are all passionate AND professional - a very good mix. I enjoyed every aspect of the process, from initial contact to vehicle pickup after they had finished going over it VERY thoroughly. Leave it to Dubwerx to diagnose even hard-to-find issues and then fix them quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price all while being very upfront, polite, and informative. They even included pictures of all issues mentioned, not just claimed they existed and hoped I would believe them as you might get with...."lesser establishments". I cannot say enough good things about the team and the service, both the service I received and that my vehicle received. I definitely need to find more reasons to deal with Dubwerx, because I would argue *most Audi/VW dealerships cannot come close to the value, timeliness, professionalism, honesty, and care that Dubwerx embodies and exudes. Dubwerx is an outstanding performance shop with top-notch service from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with prior to bringing my RS7 to them displayed extremem knowledagle on how to prevent potential issues, as well as, to enhance my car's performance. Without a doubt I highly recommend this permorance shops and I rate Dubwerx as one of the absolute best performance shops that I've been to. Thank you Liam and Adam for all your help! Best auto shop I've ever been to! I've been a dealership service customer historically, but after the dealership and another mechanic were unable to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle, I found Dubwerx. The customer service is as good as their auto work, which was fantastic and quick. I appreciated how they leveraged technology to help me out by sending an interactive debrief on what was up with my car alongside the suggested fixes. Dubwerx is dope and would recommend to a friend! I'll certainly be back when I need work done.
